Company Overview

• Orion InfoSolutions provides global B2B software and game development services, including real money gaming solutions for international clients where such services are permitted.
• In India, due to the Online Gaming Bill, 2025, we do not develop or promote real money gaming or gambling services.

Scope of Services

We offer:

• Game development (skill-based, casual, educational, e-sports, real-money for legal jurisdictions).
• Mobile and web application development.
• IT consulting and enterprise technology services.

We do not operate gaming platforms or manage end-user accounts. We do not offer any type of real money gaming/development services in India.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring their platform complies with local gaming, tax, and regulatory laws
• Obtaining all necessary licenses and certifications.
• Managing all financial transactions, KYC checks, and anti-money laundering measures.

Orion InfoSolutions is not liable for regulatory violations by clients.

Compliance with Laws

We comply with:

• IT Act, 2000 and its rules.
• Promotion and Regulation of Online Gaming Bill, 2025.
• State-level gaming restrictions in India
• International gaming and IT regulations where applicable.

Intellectual Property

• Clients retain rights to deliverables after full payment.
• Orion InfoSolutions retains ownership of proprietary code, frameworks, and development tools.

Transactions & Payments

• Orion InfoSolutions does not manage real money gaming transactions or escrow services.
• Clients are responsible for all monetary flows, compliance, and taxation.

Limitation of Liability

Under Section 79 of the IT Act, 2000, Orion InfoSolutions is classified as a service provider and is not liable for:

• Fraud, misuse, or illegal activity by clients or end-users.
• Financial loss, penalties, or reputational damage caused by client platforms.
• Service interruptions or third-party system failures.

Clients must indemnify Orion InfoSolutions against all legal claims related to their operations.

Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or terminate projects that violate Indian or international gaming laws.
• End services for clients engaged in gambling, fraud, or unlicensed activities.

Confidentiality

Both parties must maintain the confidentiality of project and business data, except as required by law.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee:

• Regulatory approval or licensing for client platforms.
• Profitability, success, or user engagement.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be resolved in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.

Amendments

We may revise these Terms to reflect law or business changes. Continued use indicates acceptance.
